El tema este año es que Papá Noel chocó contra la vidriera de Fenwick y los duendes corren a ayudarlo para salvar la Navidad. En la vidriera se ven de fondo edificios emblemáticos de la ciudad: la escultura El Ángel del Norte, la Catedral de San Nicolás, el edificio Emerson Chambers, el Monumento a Grey, con el mismísimo Conde Charles Grey luciendo una bufanda del Newcastle United; la cúpula de la galería Central Arcade, el Estadio de Fútbol St. James del Newcastle United Football Club, el Museo Sage, el Puente Millenium, el Puente Tyne y la galería Fenwick.
This year's theme is Santa crashing against Fenwick's window and the elves helping him save Christmas. You can spot a few of Newcastle's most famous landmarks such as The Angel of the North, St. Nicholas Cathedral, The Emerson Chambers, Grey's Monument with the Earl Grey wearing a Newcastle United's scarf, Central Arcade's dome, St. James stadium, the Sage Museum, the Millenium Bridge, the Tyne Bridge and Fenwick's building.
